How it works
| Step 1. | Fill out and submit the registration form and you'll receive an email containing your username and password. |

| Step 2. | Complete and submit the First Members Survey. In your first survey you'll be asked to nominate personal interest categories and list some of the places you shop and the products you buy. |
| Step 3. | Check out the Members' only pages: The Surveys and Polls page provides paid online surveys, The What's Happening page has the latest news, you can Vote on the Hot Topics page and/or visit the Friendly Forums. |
Guidelines for completing surveys
- Above all, be honest and fair.
- Approach each topic with an open-mind.
- Take your time to understand each question before answering.
Rewards
Surveys are clearly marked so you can easily identify what reward is offered. Cash reward surveys pay up to $20 for completion. Paid surveys and rewards are tallied automatically in your Online Member account. Member payments can be transferred into a bank account for you or sent in the form of a cheque - please check the FAQ and Terms of Use for the full details.
