Rewards
Which surveys earn rewards?
A reward is offered for every single survey which is completed and submitted.
Surveys are clearly marked so you can easily identify the reward offered. Cash reward surveys pay up to $20 for completion. Cash and rewards and some prizes are tallied automatically in your Online Member Account, this excludes external surveys.
External surveys are hosted client or partner websites; rewards are administered into Online Member accounts after the survey closes and reporting is issued.
Minimum Participation Payment
Member-activated surveys, Member Surveys, Weekly News Surveys, National Interest Surveys and some screening surveys offer a small reward called a partcipation payment.
The "Participation Payment" is set at $0.05 per survey.
Getting Paid
How and when do I get paid?
Surveys may offer money, products or prizes as reward for completion.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Three types of payment methods are offered. Electronic funds transfer (for Australian bank accounts only) or cheque (only within Australia) or PayPal.
PAYMENTS: Members must have a minimum of twenty dollars in your Online Member Account to be eligible for payment.
An Online Member Account opens automatically for you upon completion of the first survey. To check your Interactive Opinions Online Member Account click on the link "Your Account" in the contents menu on the left-hand side of the web page.
REQUEST PAYMENT: When you reach the minimum payment threshold, send an email to and request payment. Please include your full name, perferred method of payment, accurate payment details, the amount you wish to claim. We'll check your account for you and issue payment for eligible surveys.
Please allow between fourteen days and sixty days for the payment to be finalised.
PAYMENT DETAILS: It is up to you (the member) to provide either bank details or address details for delivery of member payments.
If no payment details are not supplied, rewards can continue to accrue until a request for payment together with payment details are provided by the member.
PRIZES: Please between 14 days and sixty days for the delivery of prizes. Method of payment/delivery details for prizes must be provided within 3 months of the prize being drawn/offered.
If a member does not provide delivery/payment details within this time period the prize may be cancelled or a re-draw may take place at the disgression of Interactive Opinions and/or according to the terms and conditions of the competition.

How much will I be paid for reward surveys?
Reward Surveys offer money, products and prizes. All surveys offering cash or prizes indicate these rewards clearly.
CASH REWARDS: All of our standard products offer participating members money rewards. Cash rewards can range up to $20 per survey.
MEMBER SURVEYS
Everyday and Fun member surveys offer a minimum "Participation Payment".
These surveys include - Member-activated surveys, Weekly Member Surveys, National Interest Surveys and some screening surveys.
The "Participation Payment" is set at $0.05 per survey.
How do I make a claim for a member payment?

A claim for member payment must include the following to be valid:
1. Your full name
2. Your preferred method of payment - PayPal or Bank transfer
3. Accurate payment details
4. The amount you wish to claim - you must have a minimum of $20 in your member account.
Banking Details
How do I provide my banking details?
Please email your banking details to so we can deposit any money rewards directly into your bank account.
We need your full name, account number, BSB number and the name of your bank.
If you would rather use our postal address send to: PO Box 2153, Tuggeranong, ACT, 2901.
If you feel uncomfortable giving out your personal banking details we suggest opening a separate account for these earnings. Banks must supply their customers with a fee-free choice for banking so this would at no additional cost to you.
Results of Surveys
When and how can I access survey results?
Many survey results will be made available free to all members in the online library. Survey results are published after the full quota of responses required has been reached.

What can I purchase with my Interactive Opinions $50 Gift Voucher?
The $50 Interactive Opinions Gift Voucher is a virtual gift voucher and may be used for any Interactive Opinions products, services and special member offers.
The $50 Gift voucher may only be used by the registered owner.
This does not include products or services from third parties.
Gift Vouchers are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. There is a limit of one gift voucher per purchase.
The gift voucher is a "virtual" gift voucher which is placed directly in a members online account. The gift voucher must be used within 12 months of issue.
How do I use my $50 Gift Voucher?
Send the "email order form" - www.interactiveopinions.com.au/orderform.html or just send an email including your full name and email address and your purcahse request.
If you would like to order a survey question, then make sure you include the survey question in your email.

Most Popular Forum Topic - Posting a forum topic that attracts the highest number of legitimate forum responses.
All forum participants are included the competitions, with the exception of participants who break forum rules or unsubscribe. Winners for each award are determined by;
"Most Popular Topic" - the person who started the topic with the most posts.
If 50% or more posts in a topic are published by the person who started the topic, the topic is not eligible for competition entry.
Organised forum events are excluded from the competition.

How do I change my password?
Step 1: Enter the members pages on the Interactive Opinions website using your user name and password.
Step 2: Click on Edit profile. You will find it in the contents column on the left-hand side of the web page.
Step 3: Enter your preferred password in the space provided, and then confirm the password in the space provided.
Step 4: Go to the bottom of the page and click on Submit.
You have just successfully changed your password!
I cannot remember my password, how do I get a new one?

It's not accepting my date-of-birth, why?
When filling out your date-of-birth you need to include the forward slash in between the day/month/year.
For example the 1st of March 1970 should be entered as 01/03/1970.
